Warrantless Wiretapping Encourages Constitutional Rights Abuses

    By Michael Komorn

Warrantless wiretapping is a terrible idea and is unconstitutional. It was created at a time when America was thought to be at WAR with the terrorists. 17 years later, America was always at war with the terrorists. Illegal wiretaps of all communications continue, but are solely focused on Americans, and more specifically focused on the war on drugs, not terrorism. Not to be outdone, the NSA and DEA know that their secret illegal wiretaps are illegal and would not be used as evidence in the

Michael Komorn Fights Against Asset Forfeiture in Michigan

    By Michael Komorn

Michael Komorn has worked tirelessly for his clients at Komorn Law PLLC to return property seized and forfeited to the police. The items and property seized often has absolutely no medical marijuana (or any crime at all) connection whatsoever. Just looking at the list of things seized, none of it makes sense. 4 wheeler? Gas generator? 401k retirement account? Cars purchased 20 years ago and restored. Ladders, children's birthday money taken out of their Hallmark birthday cards. iphones, ipads, c

Don’t Beauregard that joint my friend.

    By Michael Komorn

Attorney General Jeff Sessions January 4th memo regarding marijuana enforcement is historic... and it should promptly be consigned to the dustbin of history. Mr. Session’s very name is a history lesson. Like his father and grandfather, he was named after Jefferson Davis, the first and only president of the Confederacy and P.G.T. Beauregard, the first prominent general of the Confederate Army. These were the men who lead the people of Alabama in their desire and purpose to join the “slave-holding

This Is A Man Who Makes Millions (In Your Tax Dollars) Keeping Marijuana Illegal

Back in 2010, when Californians were given the opportunity to vote to legalize marijuana in their state, Lobbyist John Lovell went to work for the special interest groups who make a killing off of keeping cannabis illegal. The defeat of Prop 19 and the money that subsequently flowed to a select few is yet another example of how special interests are undermining the will and well being of the majority of US citizens. My Experience With Portable Vaporizers For Concentrated Cannabis Oil And E-Cigarette Oil

My journey with pen vaporizers began with quitting smoking cigarettes. 30 years of smoking cigarettes, it was well time to quit. On The Difficulties Of Conducting Medical Marijuana Research

Though there are currently 18 medical marijuana states, and marijuana possession has been decriminalized in Colorado and Washington, many hurdles still exist when it comes to researching the drug's medicinal benefits. In 1970, under the Nixon administration, Marijuana was classified as a schedule 1 controlled substance, right along with heroine and above cocaine. The schedule 1 label, as determined by the DEA, means that marijuana: (A) has high potential for abuse. (B) The drug or other sub

Jury Selection In Marihuana Cases

I just picked a jury in a marihuana case, there were several perspective jurors who were excused, who will not sit on our jury because of the answers they gave during the jury voi dire. This is not the first time this has happened.   If you believe in medical cannabis, and or that Marijuana should be legal and you find yourself on a jury in a marihuana case here are some things to remember: 1. During the Jury Selection, you will be asked if you can put your personal or philosophical feelings

Stop Lawnet From Raiding Medical Patients! (Added Video)

I was raided by Law Net regarding Marijuana on the property. They obtained a warrant from leaf clippings found in the garbage of our multi-apartment style house. Let me quickly add that we are one of three Michigan Medical Marihuana growers on the property, but the only ones who were raided.   My name is Christina and I am a young 23 year old mother of 3! I am also a Michigan Medical Marihuana Patient, (MMMP). I first received my card in October 2010, and have been since. I've suffered from

Prosecutors, Law Enforcement Must Consider Medicine Before Marijuana In Arrests

Medical marihuana remains a controversial issue in Michigan, despite nearly two-thirds of voters approving the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act. Since 2008, when the Act was approved, municipalities statewide have varied in their approach to medical marihuana, unsure of their powers to govern patients, growing operations, dispensaries and medicinal marihuana transfers.   While most prosecutors and law enforcement agencies have come to accept medical marihuana and its benefits, some have remained

How Can I Tell If My Cannabis Plant Is Over Or Under-Watered?

Over-watered vs. under-watered marijuana: how can I tell if my cannabis plant is over or under-watered?   A common question for new cannabis growers is how to tell if your drooping cannabis is over or under-watered. It's common for new growers to over-water their weed, but that doesn't mean that under-watering doesn't happen too. Never fear, it's easy to tell how often you should be feeding your plant and what is the true cause of your drooping.     An over watered cannabis plant will have

50 Years After Key Case, Problems Defending The Poor Persist

The 50 Year Anniversary of a defendant's constitutional right to counsel, begs the question.. has Gideon fulfilled its goals, do the indigent defendants get less justice than those who can afford to hire a lawyer? Cautious Optimism For Approval Of New Medical Marijuana Conditions

Last August, the state began assembling a medical marihuana review panel, with the ultimate goal of finally hearing arguments to add new conditions to the Michigan Medical Marihuana registry. Now, with the help of that panel, more than four years after Michigan residents approved the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act (MMMA), the registry is close to adding its first new condition -- Parkinson's disease. On Friday, January 25, the state's Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs review panel

Thc The New Top Of The Line Refrigerant

I am working on a project that will make a dehumidifier and a air conditioner that will be self sustaining using THC as the refrigerant. The condencer coils that hold the refrigerant would be filled with THC vaporized. As the THC cools and condenses on the inside of the coils, it will create a vaccum where the THC was all energised with heat in the vaporized state. I am looking for people that will be able to help me with this project. I can teach you everything you need to know if you have
