To ALL MEDICAL MARIJUANA USERS,
The State and Local Authorities have declared WAR on Medical Marijuana.
They do not care what the law says, they are going after it just like they have for the past 100 years!
We will succeed in the end, but we need to come together, work together and quit bickering like children. If we do not pool our money, fund Attorneys to fight for our rights they will take us, and our Initiative #1 of 2008 apart in no time. They will say this is all a sham for "getting high" just like Ingham County Sheriff Wriggleworth said.
THEY DO NOT CARE WHAT THE LAW SAYS, THEY DO NOT WANT IT LEGALIZED (AS IT KEEPS THEIR JOBS AS HALF OF ALL ARRESTES ARE MARIJUANA RELATED).
So, close up the collectives, they are not sufficently clear or authorized under the law. You would have to be a fool for being in one. GO HOME, LOCK THE DOOR, its back to the old way of doing things now until we get a Michigan Court of Appeals or Michigan Supreme Court decision on what the Law Enforcement Officer's (LEO) can and cannot do.
THEY ARE LYING. THEY ARE USING FALSE NAMES AND FALSE PAPERWORK AND FALSE REGISTRY CARDS TO FOOL PEOPLE. Just like using somone else's ID to get in a Bar, JUST BECAUSE SOMEONE HANDS YOU A CARD OR A PIECE OF PAPER, DOES NOT MEAN IT IS THEIRS, OR ITS REAL, CHECK THE NAME, CALL AND VERIFY ALL THE INFORMATION.
BETTER YET, BE SAFE AND SHUT DOWN RIGHT NOW UNTIL THE ABOVE COURTS MAKE DECISIONS.
THEY ARE GOING TO ARREST ANYONE THAT HAS MEDICAL MARIJUANA ON THEM.
Its crap I know. But this is what they are doing. Sad state of Affairs, but I do not want to see anymore innocent people in Jail. Rev. Wayne is Williamston was arrested and his club shuttered. They are going to be raiding ALL THE COMPASSION CLUBS, AND ANYTHING TO DO WITH MEDICAL MARIJUANA.
This is WAR and you need to act like it!
Will keep posting as information comes available, but till it is finished, I would not want to risk being arrested for a Felony.
