Just a reminder that Dr. Bob will be holding a clinic in Clare at the Days Inn, located behind the Ponderosa.

He will be seeing patients and reviewing records in the conference room at the hotel from 4 pm until 10 pm on Wednesday, June 2, 2010

Be sure to bring your ID and medical records relative to your condition. The cost is $200 for new recommendations and $150 for a renewal.
