Hi guys, It has been awhile since I have been on here and it has all changed not really sure how to use the site now. But what my question is im wondering how do we go about renewing our cards its getting that time.???

The State will send you the renewal application about 6 weeks prior to your current card expiring. The renewal application and instructions are also on the MDCH website. Use the link provided by the Caregiver.

never received noteification letter but sent in renewal forms anyway. that was march 29 with an experation date of june 1. no word on check being cashed yet. sorry just looked it up and check was cashed april 6. now the waiting game.
