  8. Safe access is not a dangerous term, nor is it responsible for any of the ills in this movement. We have a completely corrupted state government, largely controlled by the police and big money interests. The caregiver system has most definitely been targeted for elimination- that is the issue and where any finger pointing belongs- in my opinion.
