  1. as a forum monitor you should have known. I thanks for the apology to the site - "dead-end"? Locked means the topic has been completed - a person asked a question and thanked the forum when he/she got the answer they needed. A decent topic can also be locked to preserve it from pages and pages of trolling between fighting members with different opinions.
  2. the MMMAct says they honor cards from reciprocating states in USA that have medical marijuana laws. It does not protect you in another country or offer dual membership to a medical marijuana program. you would be obtaining it on the street. when I traveled to England, Costa Rica, Mexico, and Jamaica - I had to use street sources and that is very risky.
  3. PB is wrong. We have a CG section where CG makes his post advertising his services. To prevent people trolling those posts, we lock them.
  4. Barbara Agro is a good example - she was a receptionist for her son's dispensary. She was convicted for making the statement "Oh, you are here to sell meds to (her son)" that statement implicated her in the dispensary business. I like the idea of the hydro water bin being outside the locked grow room, that can be accessed by a house guest.
  5. I guess my thread is off topic. follow the supreme court announcements in a new thread.
  6. lol, so we torpedoed our own ship to start vietnam, that is a good one - please list supporting documents (not from conspiracy sites please)
  7. that is true - out of 300,000 cardholders and who knows how many with just a Doc's Rec in Michigan - and how many are arrested? I also agree - many of these cases were testing the boundaries of the law and not trying to be 100% compliant. Some had bad advice, some did not consult a lawyer to properly interpret the law. You want to risk arrest, all you have to do is grow outside without properly enclosing the plant, have a grow down in the basement with no door lock to separate people in the home from it, smoke and drive, sell to anyone that you are not connected to via the registry, at
  8. someone asked about the PHC and CSA - "PUBLIC HEALTH CODE (EXCERPT) Act 368 of 1978 333.7403 Knowingly or intentionally possessing controlled substance, controlled substance analogue, or prescription form; violations; penalties; discharge from lifetime probation. Sec. 7403. (1) A person shall not knowingly or intentionally possess a controlled substance, a controlled substance analogue, or a prescription form unless the controlled substance, controlled substance analogue, or prescription form was obtained directly from, or pursuant to, a valid prescription or order of a practi
  9. PB's experience and the COA ruling should be enough to convince people to secure their grows.
  10. tim for safety sake - for clarity - your outdoor grow needs to be enclosed on all sides, and that means the top. The COA said that the dog kennel was fine - except it was not secure to the ground. "In People v King, the Court of Appeals held that a registered qualifying patient under the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act (MMMA) may only avoid prosecution for cultivating marihuana under § 8 of the Act if he has complied with other applicable sections of the MMMA. Section 4 of the act allows a registered qualifying patient “to cultivate marihuana . . . in an enclosed, locked facility.” Defe
