  1. Report post Posted 2 minutes ago Thank you, My question is, when the licensed grower gets it tested (and it passes), how much can they purchase based on that one test? 1 lb, 100 lb, 1000 lb? Seems as tho there must be a limit. I've heard the word batch used. What constitutes a batch? thanks

  3. Let me re-phrase. If it is tested, how much volume does a thorough test ($500 plus/minus) cover. 1 lb, 10 lb, 100 lb? I'm assuming this info is available. I just can't find it.
  4. I have heard that it cost nearly $500 for testing before it can be sold. If so, does anyone know the volume of product a positive test covers?
  5. How long is it expected that caregiver's will be allowed to sell to dispensaries?
  6. When will recreational law take effect.
  7. What do you think is going to happen to the caregiver/patient relationship as the new laws come into effect? Is there a desire to eliminate or tightly regulate us? Or, just leave as is?
  8. Dr's, nurses, hospitals, drugstores, etc
  9. How are federal taxes going to be treated for the "chosen"!? few that are going to be able to grow 500-1500 plants, if they can't write off expenses?
  10. YOU PROVIDE: A Valid State Grow License Dry and Trim Services Wholesale or Retail Sales Channels Electric, water and Co2 cost 580 amps+ of power LOL
  11. I'm going to see if I can buy one of those tanks you see in front of VFW posts and apply for the job.
  12. NORTON SHORES, MI - An ordinance that would prohibit medical marijuana dispensaries from operating in Norton Shores will be up for vote by City Council. The ordinance, which was officially introduced at the Dec. 6 council meeting, would also establish violation fines for dispensaries that open, despite the ordinance. Police Chief Jon Gale introduced three options to the council regarding medical marijuana provisioning centers, commonly known as dispensaries, since changes to the Michigan law will go into effect Tuesday, Dec. 20. Is it me that is confused? I thought legal dispensaries were at least a year away.
