  1. 1st Abrogate Meeting 2017. Sunday, February 5 at 2 PM - 5 PM 3867 E. Shaffer Rd, Midland, MI 48642-9794 *FYI, I am located about 10 miles east of I-75, and about 10 miles North of the City of Midland. If more than 40 confirm, we will be moving the meeting a few miles away (maybe 10) from my place to accommodate the larger crowd. Will update if necessary. Sunday, February 5th we are having a meeting at or near my home in Midland. Open public invite. If we have more than 40 that want to show up, we will have to move down the road. There is a nice lil country bar we can go to that will fit a lil over a 100. If we have more than 100 that want to show up, we can have 2 or 3 meetings on the following 2 Sundays, or we can try to find a larger place. But I need some sort of a head count. This is just one of the forums this is posted on, and of course, Facebook where we created an event page and you can confirm you will be attending here: https://www.facebook.com/events/1319017418142195/?active_tab=discussion However, if you're not on FB, just post here you will be coming next Sunday, Feb 5th. So I can get a general idea of how many will come to a meeting. Trying to be as open and inclusive as possible, but I am just one person. 4 different websites, facebook twitter, email etc, too many variables. Please contact me directly by Phone. (989) 600-4760. 10am - 11pm any day. You can give us your email address to put you on our emailer at www.agrogate.org and you can also read the language, get a feel for Abrogate if you are unfamiliar, contact info, tell us you want to be more involved, and even donate. A campaign takes Money, and we'll need it. Last year we came out in shotgun formation and immediately had to throw a Hail Mary to try to get on Novembers Ballot. That is not the case this time around, and we are running a full-court press campaign. We are all in... Are you? Do you want the bad legislation that has been cut up here already under the MMM Act, which Kesto and others in Legislation have clearly stated is the Framework for Recreational Pot Legislation or the other problem-ridden legislative messes any of the other states have now? Or would you prefer Michigan bypass all that insanity and take control of this tiger ourselves? Legalization is coming. Do you want Alcohol type legalization where 50,000 plus people are arrested for Drunk Driving, Or do you want Carrot type Legalization where the only people arrested are those that tried to use the carrot to stab someone]s eye out with? The State gets Legislative control over Cannabis in the Retail/Commercial world. But not in the Private sector. Plenty of taxes by normal sales tax, business taxes, capital gains, and even income taxes from all the new jobs. Plenty of state ability to legislate, They just can not arrest, fine, or legislate to diminish use under Abrogate. The State Wants you to give them something under MPP/MiLegalize. They get full control then. Is that what you want? If not, then Abrogate is your only option. Join us on February 5th if you can. We will have a conference call number in a few days, and we'll also do Skype and probably a Facebook Live cast for those that can't make it. Time is 2-5pm est. So tell me. Are you ready to actually End Cannabis Prohibition in Michigan and stop the Arrests for nonviolent, victimless cannabis possession, commerce, and industry? Or do you want to keep it the way it is going today?
  2. But But But Recreational Pot is supposed to be saving the schools and roads in Colorado... www.abrogate.org.
  3. BUahahhahahhahahahahhhhhahhaa. Sorry, Not laughing at you, just at your naivete.
  4. Man Don't Do it Zap, it's a Trap. Come over to the Light Side and the Right side. Leave Lansing and room, and they will turn it around on us, and our children, and our grandchildren. We need to End the Arrest, Give Parents the Authority over their children again, and they can file charges if they want. Contributing to the delinquency is still very much a law. End the fines. Stop the new "Pot Breathalyzer" which will surely make you guilty while presumed impaired/intoxicated by their new foolproof testing machine where you'll happily pay the attorneys costs, fines, fees, responsibility fees, court costs, higher insurance rates just to name a few increased costs you'll see under recreational legalized recreational pot legislation regardless of which group pushes it, Nationals or those from Michigan. They are only working to give Lansing more control to Arrest and Imprison the user, and tax and regulate the unsuspecting consumer to keep up those private prison contract obligations with a health and generally passive workforce. Statutory Legislation is just Competition Control. We all know this. And yes the people will pass Abrogate. All recent polls are near 60% with just legalize it for adults. That is Exactly what Abrogate does. You can beg for crumbs and legalize recreational pot like alcohol and be arrested and fined into submission still. Or you can take back the whole pie, allow for sensible legislation along with State Sales Tax and all other related taxes, except a special 'Sin Tax' because a product is cannabis-based. I went shopping at Meijers 2 days ago. Picked up an 8 oz bottle of pressed Hemp Oil. $6.75 for this 8 oz bottle of cooking oil. The retail, industrial, commercial world is starting to "buzz with Cannabis/Hemp". And Michigan being beat down like bad Indiana ditch weed to make way for the new Transpacific Highway bringing us our Mi Copper Mine Weed straight out of Cananada. (remember SB660 is still lingering around like a bad case of genital warts). Or you can just Abrogate Prohibition, and let the business fight amongst themselves and we no longer have to be their 'collateral damage' while they fight for their cut of the peoples "POT PIE".
  5. Now for what I really think. See this thread http://michiganmedicalmarijuana.org/topic/51336-new-year-and-a-restart-of-the-push-to-full-repeal-come-abrogate-prohibition-with-us/ ^^^^^^ Clicky Clicky ^^^^^^
  6. Ohh boy. It's been a minute, better wet my whistle and drop my 2 cent worth in. First come quotes to reply too. This is what we all have been saying to expect for the last few years. 300K lie-sense fees and 100k to 24/7 DigitalCam/Audio State mandated online monitoring system annual costs, toss in the 5000.00 here and there for every local politician you have to pay off. My blue birds have told me to expect to have to have 1 Million in Liquid Assets. I presume as a liability lien upon some real and tangible property. No 1 million in Liquid Assets, no qualify for the Lie-Senses. We shall see by October or November allegedly. You have not been paying attention then. I have spoken to multiple people that were in Colorado and came home, and seen how it was turning. Oregon is about the best still. Every other "Legalized" state has been pushing hard on Medical. Ak has been pretty quiet so. but its Ak. so...
  7. Well, it's a new year. and a new season, a new President, but the same old War on Drugs...You can wait to see what President Elect Trump has in mind, but he has said all that he needed to say on his campaign. He very clearly, multiple times said, "I believe it is a states rights issue." We plan on holding him to his words. When Abrogate started late 2015, we knew it was going to be a long shot to make it to 2016 Ballot. We got approval to circulate December 30th, 2015, and 14 days later were out collecting signatures and recruiting more petitioners. We got a late start and had to come out in Shotgun/Hail Mary formation to try to beat the July 11th deadline. Obviously, we didn't have enough signatures to turn in, but we expected that there were 193 days to do what is allotted 180 days with no other major setup time. We didn't ask for much other than hearts and minds to help collect signatures for the Right Thing. If we are going to spend the resources, time, effort, and expense, not to mention blood, sweat, and tears why give the state the ability to beat us over the head at the end of it all? This is my question. 2016 was a great learning experience none the less and going forward from here, we will apply that knowledge to a more successful run with the Abrogate Prohibition Campaign. 2016 is last year, and it's time to do what we didn't have time to do in 2015. Get organized and ready to petition for signatures this year. We are officially up and running as of Jan 1st again. So we are currently recruiting volunteers to help in all facets of this campaign. We are looking for all you self-starting community organizers and leaders who would rather put their efforts, time, and money into ending the arrests, fines, prosecutions, and persecutions, then giving Lansing more ways to arrest and fine you with these new pieces of legislation we have to work under. Got your Patient Manifestos all 'Properly' filled out Caregivers? It is a lot to ask for support, especially if the group/s asking for it are just looking to pass more legislation Lansing can have their way with. Which is why Abrogate is working to remove cannabis from the Michigan Controlled Substances Act with our campaign to amend the constitution. The entire reason we have a petition process, and more specifically the indelible right to amend the State Constitution in the first place is so We the People can do what Lansing is too afraid, too derelict, or too corrupt to do. Where Cannabis is concerned, it is clearly all 3. Legislators in Lansing have the authority to do the right thing, even the half-assed right thing, but they objectively refuse, because there is "Nothing in it" and it is "too dangerous". Which is Exactly Why we need to resolve this issue ourselves and do it the only way Legislators can not manipulate it like they did the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act. With a direct amendment to the Michigan Constitution to remove cannabis in its entirety from the Public Health Code, thereby fully and completely legalizing all uses of cannabis for all adults and 18 yr olds who are no longer enrolled in high school, we will end all arrests, fines, kidnappings, and other state mandated penalties for cannabis use. All minors and wards will be under their parents/guardians authorization and who are the only ones that need to authorize any use for their wards and/or children. This includes on the farm, in the family business, as well as for nutritional and health needs of said children and wards as well as adults. Returning parental/guardian rights is a must to protect not just the parent, but the children from CPS and a vindictive legislature and government, if not a soon to be ex. You get the 'Right To Remain Silent' with recreational pot legislation. The last 6 months of 2016 should tell you what to expect out of Lansing D.C. going forward and any groups that are pandering to its legislators are not there lobbying for 'You the People'. Unlike the Nationals Groups and the locals like MRC/MCC/MiLegalize, Abrogate is not working for the Legislators in Lansing D.C., nor the lobbyist that pollute them, nor the rich special interest that pay the lobbyist to buy the legislators for their competition controlling legislation and corruption. Abrogate is of, by and for We the People. Abrogate's out here with We the People because Abrogate Prohibition is We the People. Abrogate is the Peoples Amendment. Abrogate saves You from arrest. Abrogate saves You from persecution and prosecution. Abrogate saves You from excessive fines and fees. Abrogate also saves you from burdensome legislation and overbearing excise taxes. It also saves your children and grandchildren just the same! Abrogate does allow for rational, commonplace legislation along with general sales tax on the whole pie. Not just the 6% slice of pie that is recreational/medical marijuana. Abrogate makes cannabis products on par with any other like Product. So let me ask you all this, Who would you rather help take control of the Cannabis plant. a) Lansing D.C. and a small group of insiders? If that's you, support the weak legislation bound to come out of the recreational like alcohol groups. All you will see there is pandering to Lansing and the 'Special Few'. or b) would you rather support an Amendment that Lansing just can not "Legislate" their way around? If that is more your speed then time to join Abrogate Prohibition is now, not later. We all have seen the last 2 months. Nationally and here in the State. We need all the help we can get. We need you to get involved to help end this insanity. If you are ready to End Prohibition, actually end it, and not just leave it up to the corrupted pockets in Lansing D.C. to 'work out later', regardless of Who is Elected to where or when then step up and help us Abrogate Prohibition. We have a new campaign model plan, new website, new more support, and the same simple to understand and get behind language to actually redress prohibition here in Michigan. Come with us. 8. come onto my Podcast Bob. Would love to share this info.....
  9. Umm, you really need to stop speaking to what you do not know. The MMMA was a Peoples Initiated Legislative Statute....
  10. That is just not the case. You are aware most Disp EMPLOYEES are Patients and Caregivers, which are allowed Pt to Pt Transfers under the definition of USE. Sadly, many patients go to jail. Patients and Caregivers as I noted above, are the Employees and often owners. Hell must have frozen over. I agree with you almost completely. lol Though I dont group all Dispensaries and owners in Mi, with the others around the country. Though it is VERY Blatantly obvious there are a few in the State working very hard behind closed door to etch out their "Cut" with out of state dope. I think many of us know these are the ones attached to the Nationally Backed Organizations, Most specifically the MIBARASS. ones. Marihuana is not a "Schedule I Controlled Substance." THC Is. Thus by using THC they can imply CS sched 1, aka Synthetic, aka Felony as reported as Origin Unknown. Ben has paid for the Petitions, and helped to circulate them via his Michigan Medical Marihuana Report Magazine, there by putting out 51,000 petitions since January in his Mag. Ben did not fully come on board and began to see the writing on the wall until just before I got out of the BoC Approval Dec. 29th, with a single 6 minute meeting and a Unanimous Approval I might add (again. lol). He has helped ensure there is a Solution as all other efforts have thus far ended in an adjunct failure to day. At just over 62 days into the 180 day campaign, Abrogate Prohibition Michigan stands on the only currently Circulating Petition that not only has Solid and Viable Legs, but has Momentum growing by the day, and has been the only proposed petition that will not only solve ALL of these issues we currently see around the state to date, but is the Only One that the People of Michigan would vote for in November. You should call into my Podcast one day, and we can go over this situation. I can offer an indepth and widely contemplated answers with logical points. Sorry, you are again, incorrect. You are incorrect far to often to be honest. Civil Suits against the 'person' who in their role as Agent, went outside of their 'Agent' Authority. Take their homes, cars, and kids College funds and they ll stop. It was not ever in the law, and it is STILL NOT. Courts make Opinions, not LAWs/Rules. And we know what they say about Opinions, Every Arsehole has them.
  11. Find your county here. https://www.michican.us/forumdispla...p-drop-off-or-sign-the-Abrogate-Petition-here If there is no-one posted in your county yet, that does not mean there are none in your county already, just we are not yet sure where they have been placed. But they are there non the less. Its grassroots at its core and it requires all hands on deck. Become that contact person. Full and Total Repeal only Happens with your Help. The Prohibition Bus is out of the mudhole! Its heading on down the road, waiting for you to get onboard so we can finally go to the party. All we need is you, and on November 8th, we can fully repeal Prohibition in Michigan. I know many of you here were saying it wont happen. Or "They'll never let it out of the BoC." or They will do whatever they can to stop it. Well it took me 1 Meeting and 5 minutes to get a Unanimous Yes Vote and get it passed out of the BoE Approval Process. Just ask a cop, Any cop what is he going to do when he comes upon 3 neighbors. All 3 are growing in a locked cage in their yards. Each have 13 flowering beauties that are 5 ft tall and 4 feet around with massive colas. The things that make you go HMMMM. Neighbor number 1 is a hemp guy. Neighbor number 2 is a recreational guy. Neighbor number 3 is a Medical Patient fighting Chrones Disease, lets say a mom like Shona Banda. Now ask that Cop how he is going to handle those 3 neighbors under the proposed indirect initiated statue and the MMMA. Find out what they tell you is going to happen. Hear it from their own mouths. Does the phrase "I don't make the laws, I just enforce them." sound familiar? How about this one, "Sorry, I have to let the Judge figure it out." Does that one ring any bells for anyone over the last 6 yrs? But what do I know, I'm just a set of Flapping lips right?
  12. Every issue of the MMM Report from January through this recent March issue being delivered now has a Petition, Self Addressed Envelope, and an Instruction sheet put into it before it was delivered. That is 51,000 sheets out in just the last 3 months. 100s of other places have petitions to pickup and circulate. There have been around 65,000 sheets distributed. Maybe you can try www.michican.us , and look into the County List part of the forum. All 83 counties are listed, and a large part of them have all of the locations in those counties that have them. Many of the empty counties have petitions there, though we have not yet been informed which businesses they are in. No one should have issues finding Abrogate Prohibition Petitions at this point. Any place that carries the MMM Report will have them. Check in this section of the www.michican.us forum. https://www.michican.us/forumdisplay.php?3-County-List-where-you-can-pickup-drop-off-or-sign-the-Abrogate-Petition-here
  13. Full Repeal = Abrogate Prohibition Michigan. Complete Legalization = Abrogate Prohibition Michigan. No More Raids = Abrogate Prohibition Michigan. No More CPS Kidnappings = Abrogate Prohibition Michigan. No More Arrests = Abrogate Prohibition Michigan. No More Fines = Abrogate Prohibition Michigan. No other proposal does this, nor will any other proposal be able to get to the ballot. the last 9 month of not getting it done just proves it. We have over 120 days until we are even NEAR a Stale Signature.
