  1. A US Court of Appeals judge has declared that the Constitution of the United States is effectively “dead”, urging other judges to stop studying it. 7th Circuit Judge Richard Posner told Slate that he sees zero value in studying the outdated document. Mediaite.com reports: “I see absolutely no value to a judge of spending decades, years, months, weeks, day, hours, minutes, or seconds studying the Constitution, the history of its enactment, its amendments, and its implementation,” Posner argued. “Eighteenth-century guys, however smart, could not foresee the culture, technology, etc., of the 21st century,” he continued. http://yournewswire.com/us-court-of-appeals-constitution-is-dead-judges-should-not-study-it/

  5. "There really are only two choices here for the Federal government: schedule 2 or deschedule. Schedule 2 doesn't harmonize with Colorado, Washington, Oregon, or Alaska that have already legalized cannabis for any use, or even the states that have decriminalized: Nebraska, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, and Ohio. Deschedule comes along with some sort of Federal regulation or oversight, almost certainly, of state law and regulations, ATFE-style. But at least we'll be rid of the DEA at that point. Crossing my fingers that this happens i the next 10-20 years." How can it be any better dealing with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives , as apposed to the Drug Enforcement Administration ?
  6. Doctors Who Discovered Cancer Enzymes in Vaccines All Found Murdered Nagalese prevents vitamin D from being produced in the body. Not long ago, Neon Nettle reported on the epidemic of doctors being murdered, most of which were in Florida, U.S. The scientists all shared a common trait, they had all discovered that nagalase enzyme protein was being added to vaccines which were then administrated to humans. Nagalese is what prevents vitamin D from being produced in the body, which is the body’s main defence to naturally kill cancer cells. According to Thebigriddle.com: Nagalase is a protein that’s also created by all cancer cells. This protein is also found in very high concentrations in autistic children. And they’re PUTTING it in our vaccines!! http://wearechange.org/doctors-discovered-cancer-enzymes-in-vaccines-all-found-murdered/
  7. Here's Why We Should Probably Say 'Cannabis' Instead of 'Marijuana' Weed, pot, ganja, bud, herb, grass, green, dank, Cali, Dutchie, hippie lettuce, Mary Jane. That sticky-icky-icky herb goes by many different names, but the most common is of course, “marijuana.” Why is that, when the plant’s official Latin name is actually “cannabis?” http://www.alternet.org/drugs/word-marijuana-has-ugly-history

  17. Missouri becomes 19th state to decriminalize marijuana possession! Dear Supporter, On Tuesday, Gov. Jay Nixon made Missouri history by allowing the state to join the ranks of 18 others that have eliminated the possibility of jail time for the possession of marijuana. The new law made several significant reforms to the state’s criminal laws, including protecting people caught with up to 10 grams from incarceration for choosing a substance that is safer than alcohol. The governor decided not to sign SB 491, instead allowing it to become effective without his signature. In addition to “decriminalizing” simple possession of marijuana, this new law also reduces possible sentences related to the sale and cultivation of marijuana, including the current ban on probation or parole for those with 3rd felony offenses. https://theglasspipeshopblog.wordpress.com/2016/05/17/history-was-made-today-in-missouri/

  19. Tuesday, state lawmakers will vote on a bill that could SET the stage for creating a legal limit for driving under the influence of marijuana. The Michigan HOUSE of Representatives will vote to create a commission in charge of researching and recommending a limit of THC bodily content that would constitute evidence of impaired driving. Michigan's medical marijuana law protects patients from prosecution for drugged driving as long as they aren't "under the influence" of the drug. NOW legislators hope to define exactly what that limit is. http://www.9and10news.com/story/31814916/bill-seeks-to-define-legal-marijuana-limit-for-drivers#.Vx86uoxOhkg.facebook
