  1. Having seen another member post a similar topic in this forum I'm assuming its ok for me as well. I have a client with a 1400sq.ft. newly renovated building on East Jefferson - Near Gold Coast/Marina District/Chrysler Jefferson North plant/Grosse Pointes that appears to fit into the new regs. Also available is an adjacent vacant lot that will park approx. 35 cars. SEMCOG ADDT-Traffic count is approx. 18,000 cars per day! Clear span space...All new inside - new walls, electric, heating, mechanicals, bathroom...PLUS a small storage basement - appx. 180sq.ft.. If interested, PM me. Thanks.
