  1. dude do yourself a big favor, once rooted ALWAYS TRANSPLANT THEM into the SAME BRAND OR TYPE OF SOIL AS THE MOTHER PLANT they came from. they are less likely to suffer shock and they will grow bigger, faster and be healthier #1\ 6 weeks after cloned #2\ 10 weeks #3\ 13 weeks
  2. ok well i have yet to read any where in the law that it says that caregiver transfers must be to only one of their own five patients. Section 4b of the Law states that “A primary caregiver who has been issued and possesses a registry identification card shall not be subject to arrest, prosecution, or penalty in any manner, or denied any right or privilege, including but not limited to civil penalty or disciplinary action by a business or occupational or professional licensing board or bureau, for assisting a qualifying patient to whom he or she is connected through the department's registration process with the medical use of marihuana in accordance with this act, the way section 4b reads is that both only need be connected through states registry. IE: each is registered with the state. but i have yet to read they need to be specially registered to each other. the registration process is not defined by law as the what connected through is defined as.. if the word solely was thrown in their then there would be no question. very gray . uncle fornicator is satan

  4. any one else heard that they are trying to revive kuipers criminal law. i thought this was dead with bill 617 ? Senate Bill 618...would require pharmacists to purchase medical marijuana from licensed growers and provide for the licensure of 10 growers statewide who would be subject to annual inspections." 13 (e) Marihuana, SUBJECT TO SECTION 17790, MARIHUANA, but only 14 for use as provided in sections 7335 and 7336 THE MICHIGAN 15 MEDICAL MARIHUANA ACT, 2008 IL 1, MCL 333.26421 TO 333.26430. 16 SEC. 17790. (1) MEDICAL MARIHUANA SHALL NOT BE GROWN, SOLD, 17 DISTRIBUTED, POSSESSED, USED, TRANSPORTED, OR DELIVERED FOR USE 18 UNDER THE MICHIGAN MEDICAL MARIHUANA ACT, 2008 IL 1, MCL 19 333.26421 TO 333.26430, UNLESS GROWN AND SOLD THROUGH A MEDICAL 20 MARIHUANA GROWING FACILITY LICENSED UNDER THIS SECTION. 5. ok then after they go through your house you now need to keep a handgun on your side because now your grow is no longer secure. you must assume that your plants are now the talk of the day between people you dont know. the odds of you being robbed are now very real. if the cops get wind that a caregiver is packing a side arm you may even be shot. and you will get busted and charged with weapons and drugs. your face will be on the tv at 6:00 pm. but by all means lets tell everyone any way.
  6. dude just grow a tomato plant or 2 in between the rows meds. donate half the ripe tomatos to your local food bank. and get a reciept. sell the rest from your home to your patients. then right off all the grow costs and take a loss on meds. never mention you grow meds. dont lie and try not cheat on your tax too much. worked great last year for me
  7. has not set their status

  8. well i think any card holding CG can transfer meds to any card holding patient. so long as is in writing by the patient it was grown for... if you read the patient caregiver agreement, under third party transfers it reads. THIRD PARTY TRANSFERS _____ I do not authorize the caregiver to transfer any of my plants, or parts of plants (clones) to anyone. _____ I authorize the caregiver to transfer my plants, or parts of my plants to other patients or caregivers upon their request, including trades, swaps and donations. Terms of third party transfers:_____________________________________________________________ _____________________________________________________________________________________ _____________________________________________________________________________________ _____________________________________________________________________________________ _____________________________________________________________________________________ _____________________________________________________________________________________ _____________________________________________________________________________________ _____________________________________________________________________________________ _____________________________________________________________________________________ under terms of third party transfers the patient needs to spell out. that any overages of finished material should not be destroyed but can transfer to any other cg or patient with a valid card. so they can try and partially recoup the high cost of growing his or her medicine. or to help those unable to afford the high growing cost, or to those without a caregiver and suffering.PatientCaregiverAgreement.pdf this is nearest i can find that says "card to card" transfers are allowed
  9. dude you still miss the point. and that is the caregivers out there had better start treating patients better.. or the criminal politicians like kuipers from Holland are gonna use patient mistreatment's to take away the private citizen caregiver. he is already trying and you people should stop giving him ammo. this site should start a caregiver registry. then patients and caregivers can network the needs of both while allowing some sort of caregiver accountability. and dispensary's out west usually get there product from northern landowner farmers in a grow friendly county.
  10. i knew this would get flamed but yanno i am born and raised in CA. retired here in 2005 i have been a care giver to dispensary supplier. and this post is intended to keep people safe. here in mi. i know a lot of folks are just starting out. but far too many patients have been getting burned. any caregiver that is to scared to allow one of there patient to not spread the word about how honest, reliable and so on their caregiver is i would not trust. of course the patient that speaks about you is on board with this and knowing several hundred CG's over the years this is known as a good reputation, also a a established caregiver in michigan i would consider to be someone that has a few patient under there belt and holds a valid card. people can go about getting whoever to help them. but if they don't cover themselves they will wait till the dispensary's start popping up to get reliable meds. i been there done that and you guys are gonna learn the hard way
  11. Before any patient hires a caregiver, As soon as a patient gets there paper work signed by their doctor, make copies and send them in. Apply for your card before you hire a caregiver. Do not put yourself into a bad situation with a bad caregiver. While waiting for your card, or after you receive it. You have option to “shop around” for the caregiver that meets your specific needs. Only hire an established caregiver. That already holds a valid card and has worked with patients. Ask for references, from currant patients. Then you can see how reliable, honest and professional they are. Never hire a caregiver on the assumption the card is in the mail. Never hire a caregiver that needs a patient to get a card. Most horror stories I have heard about are due to a incompetent or inexperienced caregiver. Any quality caregiver knows they are there for the patient, not the other way around. Any quality caregiver should have the capabilities to supply a patient with meds they need the moment the patient signs away the grow rights. Or at the very least, supply the patient with meds in a limited way. During a short cultivation period that is put in writing. Do not hurry into signing a caregiver. As with anything buyer beware.
