How Many Of You Still Smoke With Non Patients?

I was thinking about that earlier. Most of my friends are non-patients, but still enjoy marijuana. I was wondering about the rest of you guys?

How would I know their patient status? Don't ask don't tell it works for the military.

I don't see it saying anything about smoking with someone who is not a card holder.But thats just my interpretation.I say smoke the undercovers out who knows it just might change thier mind on this simple plant that kills noone.

(i) A person shall not be subject to arrest, prosecution, or penalty in any manner, or denied any right or privilege, including but not limited to civil penalty or disciplinary action by a business or occupational or professional licensing board or bureau, solely for being in the presence or vicinity of the medical use of marihuana in accordance with this act, or for assisting a registered qualifying patient with using or administering marihuana.

You guys need to realize this is regulated medicine, sharing with non patients is the same as sharing your vicodin

or whatever you have a scrip for with someone who doesnt.

 

Certain parts of the law which are vague do need to be tested, others need to be respected.

 

I will not smoke with a non patient (perhaps in my house with no one else around) but if you choose to I wish you

luck and really hope you never have any problems or are put into a situation where you need to be a test case.

I feel I have to respond and explain a little deeper.Marijuana has changed my life I am free from the yoke of BIG PHARMA. Thats huge all by itself.But lets go further.I was a zombie doing the thorzene shuffle or depakote shuffle or ativan shuffle or vicodin shuffle or the list is quite large and marijuana has replaced them ALL!!!!!Believe it or not I'm more motivated I feel healthier its all good.If I had the money for a vaporizer I probably would not smoke at all.The pain relief for me is in the bettah buddah but to think that only card holders should be able to use is nonsense and kinda smarmy.Once again if people had not kept growing it even though its not legal there would be a lot less strains then there are and be glad for it.So heres something to think about So to be completely legal someone has to spend $300.00 to get the card wait 4 months and then go to a dispensary and pay $15.00 for a gram to see if it works for them. ridiculous right? another example no script for aspiren can it kill you Yes can marijuana kill you no.and the list of things that could kill you or cause side effects that are harmfull is HUGE and growing daily.Heres one that I'm sure alot of people can relate too Mothers little helper valium or xanax so one women is visiting with another and she says my kids are driving me nuts the other says mine use to try one of these.The same sanity that woman found in that pill can be found in marijuana also.I'm not walking down the street throwing joints at people as fun as it sounds.I am pro marijuana I talk about it all the time and I do my best to enlighten people to the wonders of this simple plant.I asked for guidance from all the right sources the law is plain to read if I am wrong who is to blame the AG for remaining silent.Free the Weed and spread love not fear

rambozo im with you brother! I smoke with the same peeps ive always smoked with, the only thing that changed for me is im not hooked on pharmicuticals, not my friends or family that are not patients but smoke! dont ask dont tell!

CGs are not allowed to consume meds as they do not have a scrip themselves.

 

Matt Abel went over this in a lecture a couple weeks back.

Card Holders are Protected, your buddy without a card is not unless they can use the AD. When your Buddy is assisting you (keeping the cherry hot between your tokes for instance) does it not make you feel better and Improve your well being ?

 

A Good attorney will Protect you if you were to get busted. Always remember to never say a word that can be used against you, let your attorney do the talking when the time is right. Who's to say the Bud you smoked was not your Buddys.

From what I understand a legal patient can smoke in front of non-patients as long as they are not smoking. So if they get a contact would that make them illegal LOL the whole thing is kinda crazy if you ask me but at least it is partially legal now. I haven't smoke in at least 5 years but look forward to being able to legally. Seems my asthma and my whole body felt better for days after a few hits The wife laughted at me saying it is a miracle drug LOL
