Am I able to obtain from anybody legally? If i were obtaining some from a friend and he got raided or something stupid am I still safe. Also the same goes for smoking with friends if Im in a group smoking and im the only one with a card do I get in trouble in that scenario as well

A> It is legal for you to obtain marijuana and be in possession of it, but its not legal for the guy your getting it from.

B> I would say you would still be legal, but that would be a big headache to deal with and to try not to go to jail.

C> I would bet that LEO would try to get you with supplying everyone with the MMJ. I would say dont smoke with someone (out in the open).
