Hi To All Newbie With A Ques.

would like to first say hello to all and what a wonderfull site with tons of valuable info. I have two seedlings that have tap roots on there 2nd day my ques is there is fuzz or little hairs on the tap roots is this normal? again hi to all what a great site.
