Just found out that Dennis Hopper has passed away. No doubt one of the counter cultures anti-hero's, a decent actor, credible director, and hell raiser extraordinaire.

Here is my post from a motorcycle forum the day he died.

 

RIP Dennis Hopper. When I was 13 I saw Easy Rider and thought that was the coolest movie I had even seen. It is fitting that I rode 400 miles today travelling to the Blue Ridge on motorcycle. 37 years later Easy Rider still had an effect on my lifestyle and my understanding of however free we think we are it is just an illusion. Well Dennis now you are truly free just like the ending of Easy Rider.
