Prosecutor Says Raid On Mmj Club Not A Test Case.

The Rev. was approached (according to the Rev.s son) by a guy who offered to get a large volume of MJ fast. The guy then delivered 50# of MJ and I believe another 104# later for a total of 154# recovered between the club and the Rev's house.

 

The guy was a confidential informant.

So this was material from another bust?

 

What about the chain of evidence? Does this taint the previous case that was the source for the poundage?

 

How many cases has this material been used for?

Did the popo already set precedent by leaving the plants, & the club open?

 

Even the chief's statement seem to indicate he concedes that the club is legal..............

 

They defiantly targeted the rev. And then made sure by getting "MATT" to deliver 50+ lbs. .......

 

I don't know if it will set any precedent. They are trying to prosecute him outside of any mmj laws. I think they will try to bar any MMJ or AD defense. "Matt" helped with that. It might set a precedent , if it hasn't already for the legitimacy of clubs & dispensary's. You have to believe if they could have shut the whole operation down they would have.........
