Procedural Error, when a judge can let a PA appeal his decision? After the Fact they were both qualified patients, with State issued Registration Cards and they allow an appeal on a hunch that the law is not Clear on a previous possible misinterpretation?

 

Haven't they done enough damage to these people? What about being tried twice for the same crime? What about cruel and unusual punishment?

 

What happened to Truth, Justice and the American Dream?
