Let's get rid of all so called "Gray" areas in the rules!!! By not doing so we are going to have to keep putting up with LEO's misinterpition!---- Come on Gang! Stand up and fight for your rights.---- LEO is having a real "party" with this! Change the rules NOW!!!

LEO is already doing this! LEO doesn't have any problem finding "Gray Areas!" They want you to get an attorney and go through all kinds of BS trying to prove your legal!

All of which is the result of trying to use this law to arrest people. This law is intended to protect people. So when they try to use it to arrest people, they get confused. They can't read black and white. Black and white become confused and you get gray.

There does seem to be some parts that may be vague, this is a subject of much debate around here. Also, as I've said before, the conflict between state and fed is the main cause of trouble.

i know others will say Grey but not me i don't see any Grey why would they pass a law that we can't learn? maybe the state should say if you want to use cannabis heres your card now go get a Lawyer you will need one

Bob, Your right bro they should, I agree. I guess that should be the case any time you sign a contract with a government agency.
