Contracts

Do caregivers usually require you to specify that you will buy X amount every x days? How do you advise patients to negotiate this?

It is better to lay out the ground work and insure that both party's are well protected... Every situation will be different of coarse.. Take the time to sit with your patient and if an area of the contract doesn't apply then just cross it off... If there is something not included in this contract then type it up and add it for your patient. May not be necessary to lay out XXX amount every XXX day's for $$. This is a pretty well laid out contract and can be very usable... Peace, Love and Big Buds

I think the reason for x amount every x days is so a patient does not claim they should be able to get an ounce every day. In my mind it is more a protection for the caregiver than an actual set amount the patient will actually need.

Basically.... Yep.. :)
