peanutbutter
I say that they should give it away to low income patients.... I think there would be a lot of $1 ounces being sold. The thing is you gotta convince the police it would be a good idea. If they get money out of it, it might fly. Just give them their cut ..

peanutbutter
I heard property rooms do the best curing. As long as it doesn't walk away. I just want to keep tossing this kind of idea out there until they start taking a real close look at the inventory of those property rooms. Burning covers a multitude of sins .. Guest finallyfree09
haven't you already mentiooned this once? i remember when you did and have since had time to think rationally about it. as you already know i don't like the idea of involving leo in the supply chain of mmj. but as i said... i have given this a lot of thought. i would be more open to this idea if the confiscated cannabis was given to dispensaries to give to low income and terminal patients only. the rest of us can stand in line and pay for ours and as long as terminal or low income patients are benefitting from this i think it is a good idea. but how in the heck could something like this get started and actually work? how could either the police OR the dispensaries be trusted? last time you mentioned this a TON of people got jacked right out of shape including me... hope it doesn't go quite as bad this time. you are the type of guy that likes to keep people thinking about the controvertial (spelling?) stuff arncha there mr peanutbutter? well... as long as you are fighting for us and doing :donkey: to the MAN then i am with you! If they never had anything to do with the supply of marijuana, they wouldn't have those rooms filled with herb right now .. (assuming that they don't smoke it all) Last time around, I suggested leo give it away for free. Then I realized that they don't do anything for free .. Sooooo .. let them think they'll get some cash and it might fly. Keep thinkin' outside the box ..

Highlander
If LEO can start selling meds in addition to stuff confiscated from victims, LEO will be even more compelled to raid growers, which is exactly what we don't want. Enforcing the law should be motivated by peace - not profit.
Ms Chocolate
Here’s what I see as a downside. When I become ill from using some unknown from who knows where, I’ll sue the police department for millions. Hey, on second thought, this might be a great idea.
