Have to listen to this song at least five times a day right now

+ some more good old British Heavy Metal!

Tokyo Blade - If Heaven Is Hell

Light, burning in your eyes, telling all your lies
Leading me to hell, and I just hope and pray
That I'll be there some day, I'm going all the way

[Chorus:]
If Heaven Is Hell
You'll never get me down
If Heaven Is Hell
You'll never get me down

Run, fighting to the end, just what will we learn?
Will we burn away?, is this what you want?
Its too late to change, stare it in the face

[Chorus:]
[solo]
[Chorus:]
[solo]

Don't, don't turn it away, we fought it so hard
Now we can't, turn it away

[Chorus:]

Warrior - Flying High

Great record.  Sounds like they have been seduced somewhat by the metal - a good crossover sound.

It was actually a cold day in nearby Hell, MI the July morning I was born.  Record low temps of 42F in Ypsilanti that day. :o

Johnny Kidd And The Pirates - Shakin' All Over

Link Wray - Apache

Shadows cover.  Definitely an influence on Jimi if you ask me.  Check out the tremolo (whammy) action verging on feedback starting around 2:25.

Duane Eddy - Rebel Rouser

Duane and the band take a wild ride around the arena.
