2 1/2 Oz For Patient -- 2 1/2 Oz For Caregiver?

I'm a Patient and my wife is my Caregiver and mine only. I have 2 1/2 oz of usable MM. How much can my wife have as caregiver, another 2 1/2 oz or more? We are still under 5 oz. Just want to keep everything legal.

yes as the law reads you can have 2.5 oz and your caregiver can have 2.5 oz for you total 5

hrm... Can I make my wife my caregiver and then have me be a caregiver for my own patients?

 

So pretty much that would let us hold an extra 2.5 oz.
