More great waste, wtf is wrong with this country? Well, go watch this video and you'll find out. Millions of dollars wasted each year on worthless bunny muffin like this. Laying off of police and fireman with family's to feed because some mayor and his cronies are wasting money faster than they can get their hands on it. Surprised that they didn't confiscate this mans home, cars, and his collection of polka stuff. I wouldn't be surprised to see Fout's carrying around an accordion with a sticker on it saying, "Taken from a Local Pirate". What a crying shame and waste of tax payer's money.
