RALLY!

 

Protest the raid on Compassionate Care Center of Michigan, the

Waterford Area Compassion Club, Clinical Relief, the arrests of

patients and caregivers statewide, and the illegal seizure of medical

records, personal property and medication. We need your help! Bring

signs, banners, anything that will get our message out! Leave Patients

Alone! This rally is organized by Michigan Association of Compassion

Centers.

ITINERARY:

 

Monday, September 13

Lapeer County Sheriff’s Department

3231 John Conley Drive

Lapeer, Michigan

 

3:30 pm

Oakland County Sheriff’s Department

1200 North Telegraph Road, Building 38 East

Pontiac, Michigan

 

Gather the troops! We rally at 10:00 am and buses will be departing at

11:00 am from:

 

Big Daddy’s Capital City Ann Arbor Comp. Health

13211 Northend Avenue 2208 E Michigan Ave 1818 Packard Street

Oak Park, Mi 48237 Lansing, Mi 48912 Ann Arbor, Mi

8 ½ Mile Rd and Coolidge Mich. Ave and Magnolia E. Stadium and Packard

 

Directions to the Lapeer County Sheriff’s Department:

 

From Ann Arbor:

Take US 23 north to I-69.

Take I-69 east to exit 153, Lake Nepessing Road.

Go left (north) one block to the first intersection; turn right

(east). The Sheriff’s Department is near the Thumb Correctional

Facility.

 

From Lansing:

Take I-69 east to exit 153, Lake Nepessing Road.

Go left (north) one block to the first intersection; turn right

(east). The Sheriff’s Department is near the Thumb Correctional

Facility.

 

From Metro Detroit:

Take I-75 north to Lapeer Road.

Take Lapeer Road north to I-69.

Take I-69 west to exit 153, Lake Nepessing Road.

Go right (north) one block to the first intersection; turn right

(east). The Sheriff’s Department is near the Thumb Correctional

Facility.

Big Daddy's has several buses leaving from the Oak Park location. 13211 Northend, Oak Park, 48237. Please arrive by 10:50am. Bus leaves at 11am sharp. You will receive a free shirt and free delicious lunch! Please pass the word on to every patient, non patient, person you know!! Anyone who cares about this law should please attend as we protest the recent raids and arrests. Lets show them we are a force to be reckoned with!! Call us at 248-399-5299 for more info!!

Hehe, we saw the offer about free shirts, lunch and the bus ride and got excited. Then I looked to see where the pick up locations were, and realized they were both on the opposite side of where the protest is going to occur... we are going to do our best to make it down on Monday. Is that lunch available at the rally :P

Then I looked to see where the pick up locations were, and realized they were both on the opposite side of where the protest is going to occur... we are going to do our best to make it down on Monday. Is that lunch available at the rally :P

How come No busses from up north? if people up here knew they might take a bus ride.

free lunch and t-shirts, is that for bus riders only? or is it going for all who attend? and are these busses smoke free? or may we medicate?

 

Unfortunately no medicating on the buses :( The lunch and t-shirts is for bus riders from the Big Daddy's locations. Everyone is more then welcome to meet up with us the Lapeer County Sheriff Department at 12:30pm or the Oakland County Sheriff Department by 3:30pm!
