Good Strain For Pain

Recommended Posts

If you are suffering from any type of pain that you normally would take anti-inflammatory for I would highly recommend the strain Rocklock from DNA genetics - its numbing capabilities are at this point unrivaled for me and two other pain patients. Just wanted to give you pain sufferers a heads up, the yield is normal to high and its a 10 week strain. My particular pheno smells and taste of pumpkin spice. It will numb your entire body and take away the pain quickly

Hey JayBuds, I need that kind of medz. I am in need of anti-inflams. on a regular basis, along with pain reduction. Hopefully I will get the chance to try this strain some day. I'm not sure about the body numb reaction, but I have heard of it. I believe I have been seeing ok to pretty good grade medz, with some very good, but have not yet experienced a numbing yet. I would be interested in seeing if the Rocklock would work for me, numbing or not. I definately feel relief with some strains more so than others. Maybe I'm just so old that I don't know anymore when I'm numb, probably something like that.

Thanks for the info. Gotta try some...

yea we are trying new strains all the time and so far this is the best for our pain patients , it is a rare gem and perhaps it is even a rare pheno of the strain rocklock but the pain patients I know are pretty darn happy with this one, it seems to have the numbing effect on almost everyone.

My experience with pain seems to be different from many others. My pain comes from 2 sources 1) structural damage (crushing, breaking, osteo-arthritis, acted upon stupid impulses,...) and 2) nerve frailty (sciatica, morton's neroma, carpel tunnel, caused permanent damage to a nerve in my leg while napping in a common position this spring).

I have been trying everything I can get my hands on for the past 2 months. I will concede there are different effects. What I will disagree with is only non-THC cannabinoids are good for pain. What THC does for me is allow me to not focus on the various noises and impacting, grinding and popping sensations. The noises and sensations are still there but I react much less to them. When I was on my way to pick up my first MM I stopped at a Micky D's. As I wobbled and limped toward the building some of the assembled diaper crowd pointed and laughed at me. I have recently caught myself swaggering. I only use the body stone at the end of the day (which is actually shortly after ingestion - whatever time that is). Unknowing body stones have wasted more than a few days. Before MM it was all I could do to get through the day and get home before collapsing in a quivering pile for the rest of the day. Now I come home and if I can make it to the medicine cabinet in time there is a good chance of a full evening's chore completion (unless I forget which is which - then it is just a pleasant unproductive evening). I don't work on cannabis but the ability to reduce focus on pain persists.
