How Do I Find Patients

I am about a month away from having some of the best meds i ever seen/smoked. I have smoke all over the world so i have a eye for good bud. My problem is i only have one patient, and the reason i have that patient is this person knows my work. Can anyone point me in the right direction to finding patients. I would really appreciate it.
