That was revolting... those puppies were a threat to what, the shine on their shoes? Maybe would get some mud on their pants leg? Maybe eat that blunt because they thought it was poop before the cops could grab it?

JUSTIFIED! What other finding regarding destruction of personal property to maintain officer safety would one expect? That and what other way could law enforcement engage in select target, live fire exercises in the sanctity of American homes in the presence of children? These officers will be lauded for safely dealing with a threat while maintaining citizen safety at all times. Watch out for those killer tea cup chihuaha's!!!!!
