regulation is what he is seeking. i dont like that word. hopefully they will focus on regulating rogue police officers.

I can tell you what that means. Regulate will be do everything they can short of not allowing it. This will not be good. I predict if he can get anything passed it will make it so very few of us will qualify for meds or the means of production will end up with who ever put the most money into his PAC.
