No you cant.Only caregivers can possess plants.Patients can only possess 2.5 oz. of dried bud.

I'm elbow deep in crap for this subject, what I can tell you is a FACT not a opinion that I'm being charged w/ felony manufacturing/ Delivery of Marijuana, and for a kicker they threw on the Felony firearm charge (2 yr. mandatory) of my LEGAL handgun.. BECAUSE this is what you have to hear... my card says -----> NO <----- to posses plants. due to the fact I have a CG.

 

Even though my CG has stated on record they were his he didn't have room in HIS home to grow, LEO is saying because the plants are in MY house that I'm in possession of the plants.

 

So.. with that said, just be careful if you want to do this still, just keep it hush hush, and lets see how my case turns out Michael Komorn is a outstanding lawyer I'm confident he will show the law the LAW, and its clear to me (IMO) that there is nothing that states this is illegal, but if you read anything thing that has been going on in court now a days the outcome is anybody's guess..
