Help Gnats!

I have gnats in my veg box. I put hot shots no pest strips in to kill the airborne ones, but how do i kill the ones in the bubblebuckets?

They are all over the roots in the buckets. I have had them about a week and plants look fin e but i want them off my roots!!!!!!

Mostly fill with RO or dechlorinated water a spray bottle, add 2 drops Dawn dish detergent, 1 five grain aspirin, leave sit until aspirin has dissoved, then shake. Spray afffected areas.
