Lets say i buy a seed from one of these breeders ...

 

Lets just say it comes from Amsterdam from a known seed breeder ...

 

i sprout my seed ... it turns out to be a fantastic female plant ...

 

now , here's where my question is ....

 

if i take clones from that female plant it's still a true genetic .

 

what if i grow those clones and take clones from them ,

Are they still true genetics ?

 

Are those clones as good as those taken from the mother seed Plant ?

 

Will those clones have the same THC Levels ?

Plus just trying to understand things more Gooder ...

 

It's So AmaZing How much Joy & Headaches can come from

growing these Beautiful Plants ...

 

Im really looking foward to know how well those BC Budds

seeds Santa sent you this Christmas ...

 

I wish i could of had the time to test them out ... But

I had Herijuana & Brainwreck i wanted to Test First ... :thumbsu:

 

I'm like a kid in the Candy Store ...

 

I just wish many of you lived closer to me ...

Cause i love the Fellowship / the Bond that comes from

being a Grower ...

Yes ... ALL mine but one came from seed !

 

The Only one that was'nt was the Bubba Kush ...

 

It came from " Organic Farmer " that use to come out here ...

 

I just love my Bubba Kush ... It has a taste that makes you

want more , a taste that stays w/ you ...

 

Plus i've got these other seeds that are called POW

that they were suppost to come from Vietnam i want to try one day ...

But how would he be positive of the seed?

I tired of names. New genetics are coming around by the day.

To me, it's either good or it's thrown out with the bath water.

How do you really know what you have unless you're a breeder and know for sure what the genetics are?

Help please.

You should see my 3 Herijauna 's

and 3 - Brainwrecks from seeds ...

 

I can't tell you exactly because I'm feeling No Pain right now ...

 

But mine are 3 inches tall and looking good ....

 

It's weird ... i said something to Jane the other day and Said :

 

Those sure look alike ...

 

So Jane went in there and pointed out to me the difference ...

Both have really fat leaves , but one of them leaves comes to a

sharp point ... and the other one the points are more rounded .

then to a sharp pointed ones ...

 

So that was Cool ....

 

But anyways... Sure hope you've had a Chance to look up a few photos

of those BC Budds ... So you can tell which one it is ?

 

I'm hoping its the one that Bob & Tom talk about the

two hits knock you dik in the dirt stuff .... :thumbsu:

That $25 a Gram stuff that the dispenaries are selling :thumbsu:

At $25 a gram, why don't we just call them what they are.

 

"Connoisseur Shops".

 

 

Well ... I do understand that they have to make money

and that there may be a need to those that money is'nt a issue ...

 

But as a Compassion Club leader i try to show people

a system that works and that no patient (member) of

our Group would have a NEED for a Dispenary ....

 

It really hard to get people to work together ...

 

Alot of Greed , some Jealous ... Back Stabbing going on instead

of working together ....

 

What do you do when a patient (friend) comes to you looking for meds,

So you give them Free Meds and then when they get some money

they go to the dispensary instead of supporting you and pay 20 a gram

at the dispensary ?

I always heard that over time, if you take a clone and flower the mother and grow the clone to be the new mother (and repeat this process a bunch of times) that your plant will be impacted over a period of time. ie, not as potent, not as big a yeild, etc...

 

 

Thats what I've heard too...

But if you take a look at my 4th generation of

Bubba Kush , You 'll Chit ....

 

She is a Monster ... Theres 4 stalks coming off her ...

w/ over 15 Main Branches going upward , which im pulling

them outward to allow more light in the middle ...

 

She is about 4 foot tall & about 4 foot wide ...

 

She is a Beautiful Plant...

Only been in Bloom for 10 days , So she should be

done w/ her transaction ...

 

I 'll beat she'll give me the most i've ever had from

Bubba Kush .... I see in another approx. 9-10 wks... :thumbsu:

Well bud sometimes we just have to say NO! in that instance I would kindly say im weeks away from harvest and dont have much left!

The only way to be sure of what your getting is:

a: Talk to the breeder himself

b: Do your homework

 

Just because someone says they have a certain strain doesnt make them correct.

One thing that I'm not sure was mentioned here yet;

When growing from a seed, the second batch, from clone, is usually better than the first from seed. That's because a seed plant is immature for quite a while. You would have to veg it for a long time to get the real deal on the first run. After it is mature you can clone off it and have a mature plant right away. Hope this helps explain some things you are seeing with the second run being better than the first.

With Haze crosses it is suggested to take a cut from the seed mom and flower those out.The cuttings will stretch less and typically finish a couple weeks earlier.

I don't have room to keep mom's around for any real length of time,so my cuttings are vegged until big enough to flower,then I take a cut from her and start it all over.
