Licensing Is A Direct Dea Hotline

Recommended Posts

Michigan seems to have decided to not protect our information in Lansing from the DEA.

Since the pattern is now set, it will be harder for any local government to resist a federal request.

I would expect the city of Ann Arbor to give up the names in just a few seconds.

The citizens of Ann Arbor are being compelled to provide the federal government information that will be used against them in court.

I thought the confidentiality clause in our law prohibited this?

Is this then grounds to file suit against the municipalities that are doing this? Even against the State of Michigan if they are culpable?

The fifth amendment is a clear defense for those that refuse to comply.
