When moving plants from 18/6 to 12/12, should I switch from 'grow' solution to 'bloom' solution right away? or would it be ok to continue with grow solution for a couple weeks before buds begin developing?

I would continue with the Grow for at least a week, but with that said. In the end what you give the plant should be determined by a careful analysis of the plant's needs not a feeding chart or what someone else tells you without even having seen thus said plant.

There are several variables, but I learned that you graduly adjust your nute mixture in grow, so that when it's time to put em in 12/12 they're just about getting the bloom mixture, then graduly take it up to blloom. ot's of misconceptions with nutes. I've found that it doesn't have to be the exact science some make it out to be.
