I don't recall if any similar case involving state's rights and fed law went in favor of the state. Oh Michael said something about a chat room I thought he said it was on the blogtalk station site but I couldn't find it or was he referring to the chat room here did I hear wrong. If I could I'd call but I spent a lot of money on long distance this month.
