No offense Kim, but where is your common sense. In no way is it illegal for a married person to be a grower. If only one person has the key, then living in the proximity to the grow has no bearing on the law as it was intended or written.

You could for all accounts and purposes grow in the locked closet of an old folks home with 8000 residents.....Long as there is only one key.

Also for everyone else out there: Quit cherry picking sentences out of the law and quoting them as the only viable situation. Even the news reporter only quoted a portion of section (7). Wile they did mention: "enclosed, locked facility" , they strategically left out the next part of the same section: "or other enclosed area equipped with locks or other security devices that permit access only by a registered primary caregiver or registered qualifying patient."

This fits that "other". Could the police get in? No they had to have him go to the house to get the keys......End of story....

Nothing in the definition of "enclosed" says it has to be a roof. Property is "enclosed" with fences all the time. Quit rewriting definitions established for centuries...
