Caregiver Question

I am asking this for a friend who is a care giver.How can a caregiver drop one of his patients?He said that the guy is giving him a hard time because he didnt give him the free meds when he needs them.He said that he would try and get him into trouble with the law.What can he do,I never saw this subject before in here.

I think its 10$ when u send in the paperwork or maybe its free but I'm sick of this free med bs I don't think anybody has the right to ask for free meds unless that's there deal cvs never gave me free meds

If the caregiver is within the clear and unambiguous guidelines of the law, he cannot even be charged with a crime.

He probably shouldn't have promised free meds that he was unable to deliver.

 

 

I don't think he can get 'in trouble' with the court, but I sure wouldn't want one of my patients pointing out my grow spot to law enforcement!
