Its pretty easy Bri, all you do is take the link

and copy it. Then when your in the text box click on the last icon by the smily/link stuff. It looks like a zune or ipod to me. "Insert Media" and click on it. When the box comes up where it says "Media URL" just paste your link in there, the whole http://, and click Insert Media and it should come up looking like this

Then you add your message and click Post.
