What Size A/c & Dehumidifiers For My Rooms?

Flower room is 15’3” x 7’8” with three 1k lights

Veg Room is 115’3” x 6’ with two 1k lights (might do 600w instead)

 

How do I go about finding the right BTU’s and size dehumidifier for each one of those rooms?
