Just when hemp growers thought they won a huge favor, the tax act was snuck in by amendment. The Say No To Drugs program was never offered for a public vote either. When they lose on the big public front they will try every backdoor method that has worked to serve their purpose in the past.

Just so nothing gets missed I see that on the Senate schedule for 3/8 under the heading of Committee Reports Jones has SB17 on the schedule. I think this is just a report that it is out of committee but just wanted to be sure there was no chance of a vote on it.
