I have a chronic pain condition due to spinal degenerative disease among tons of issues with neck and bone on bone lower back.  RA OA in hips knee replacements femur fractures humerus fractures osteoporosis.  I have seen pain med docs for long time.  Well not working anymore. Cannot have steroid shots due to osteoporosis and pain meds don’t work any longer.  He will not let me use mm with.  He tests me.  I have talked to one of the best rheumatologists in U of M hospital and he says the use of both is very helpful and hopefully u can find someone.   
well I am looking.  So tired of the pain and very severe fibromyalgia pain
