Last summer Blueberry said the MMMA was collecting names to start a class action lawsuit. He also told some news reporter that the MMMA was naming the Saginaw County Sheriff's Dept, as well as other government agencies across the state, as defendants in a class action lawsuit. Then all of a sudden it wasn't mentioned anymore. What happened with that?
