John Eccleston of Bay Mills Township, near Sault Ste. Marie, was arrested in March because the township says his antenna tower violates a zoning ordinance. Eccleston refuses to get a permit for the tower, saying it isn't within the area covered by the ordinance. He says the township has a grudge against him
