Kalamazoo Township Meeting

Just wanted to post a reminder that the Kalamazoo Township Board will be holding another public hearing on their Medical Marijuana ordinance. During the last meeting, they tabled their proposed ordinance to take time to review, due to the large community turnout. We need to keep reminding them that this is OUR law, and they need to stop trying to interpret it the way that they see fit.

There was a few of us there to represent our views. Unfortunately the township passed their new ordinance.

This will be challenged, due to the requirement to register with the police, fire marshal, and building inspector. They have also said that caregivers must allow inspections.
