Patient Rec'd Card But Not Caregiver?

Ok, so my wife received her patient card Saturday 6/18 but my caregiver card has not shown up yet... last year they came the same day. Are they mailing out on separate days or do you think it was lost or stolen in the mail? What should I do?

My patient got her card on 6/22, mine hasnt come yet.
