Hey all you folks in marquette and upper mi and all of michigan steve lindburg is supporting HB 4661 Now many patients in the up and michigan will not be able to grow? who lives near a day care or church? most everyone, well take down your garderns soon maybee a day care will open near you soon then you will or maybee you dont know a daycare is near you? do you folks get the picture...

 

"enclosed locked facility, that is not located within 500 feet of a church or other house of worship; school; or day care center as defined in MCL 324.8303.

 

 

marihuana in violation of the requirements of this act shall have

 

 

 

his or her registry identification card revoked and is guilty of a

 

 

 

felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than 2 years or a

 

 

 

fine of not more than $2,000.00, or both, in addition to any other

 

 

 

penalties for the distribution of marihuana.

If you live in the country or rural areas sure ya might be ok.......for now, what if someone opens a daycare across the street from ya. got 3 choices....a) shut down shop b) move the location of your op. c) move......none sound fun to me!
