jimmy
I am useing the Fox-Farm Powder nutes and I am trying to figure out how many feedings between nute change..The schedule seems to indicate 6-7 but if you go that way you will be way beyond the 9-10 week flowering period because it suggest that you water in between feedings. I am growing with 3gal pots. Thanks
Morhawk
You should really feed/water when your growing medium (dirt, soiless, whatever) is telling you it's time to water. Feed, water, feed, water.. Until you hit your next cycle. For an extreme example, if you water/nute and your medium stays moist for 3 weeks, guess what, you only have one.. (I hope this never happens, unless you are growing in a swimming pool sized planter) Granted the exception would be the plant showing signs of needing nutes. I wouldn't get hung up on a predetermined number of feedings, and just go with the flow and let the plant tell you. If you only get 2 feedings in and your schedule calls for a "change" then change. If you get 18 feedings in before it calls for that, then so be it.. (extreme exaggerations, but to get the jist) Most importantly however, let the plant lead the way.. Follow the schedule until Ms.Mary says otherwise..

jimmy
Thanks Morhawk...I'll make the adjustment because the way I was reading it I was way out of the normal cycle times and my flower time was way to long.
