He shows heart and compassion and a real sense of responsibility....contrast him to Schuette !!!!

It will be interesting to see what the Federal Government does. In Jersey they have nothing but the dispensary system. I do commend him for going ahead with it and to take full responsibility even though he doesn't agree with it.
