Is a winner needed? It seems lose/lose ish.

 

However. People cannot act like the customer is acting no matter if he is right or not. It is a very effective strategy to alienate yourself and essentially waste your validity for your cause.

The customer is always right i know he could have addressed the situation a tad better but some people cant handle stress i guess.
