Corunna "ordinance"? Attention Corunna Caregivers

So I have a friend who grows for himself and 4 others.He is /has always been 100% legal all the time.He has read that they, the city, wants him to "turn himself in" so to speak by "declaring" himself.Need feedback pronto.Thanks and this site rocks!

I believe the State Law Protects Us ,

as of Todays Date to the best of my knowledge ...

 

Their Not allowed to cause a hardship case

or have any right to interfer as long

as we're following the state law ,

State Law over-rides theirs ....

 

At least thats my understanding ....

i would hesitate before i would submit to a ordinance which may be eventually deemed unconstitutional..
