This must be very traumatizing Good Luck Brad and Thank You to everyone who is fighting for the rights of Michigan Patients and Caregiver rights to assist Patients under the MMMA.

 

This thread has alot of good information Thanks BB- hope to shake your hand someday! Stay strong. They can shake us but they can't break us when we are in the fight to win. The law is on our side and our numbers are only growing (no pun intended). The truth shall set us free.

I cannot think of a favorable precedent that would encourage anyone to sue to recover their investment when a county lawfully exercises the authority to zone. Your one slim hope would be if the county neglected to dot every 'i' in their code-making move--if not, the ballot box is your lone shot. Sorry to hear this, but I expect other counties to line up and move hard and fast.
